Averlex | Supreme Anti-Corruption Court

Since September 2019, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (SACC) has been operating in Ukraine - a specialized court in the judicial system of Ukraine, which administers justice in corruption and related criminal offenses. As well as judicial control over the pre-trial investigation of these criminal offenses, the decision on the recognition of unfounded assets and their recovery into state revenue in cases provided by law, in civil proceedings.

Given that corruption criminal offenses are currently the most dynamic segment of the practice, and bearing in mind the rather difficult communication between WACS judges and the defense in individual cases, we decided to comprehensively assess the activities of WACC and its impact on WCC practice. interviews with Yevhen Kruk, Deputy Chairman of SACC, and Olga Prosyanyuk, Managing Partner of AVER LEX.
